About the Association
Legal basis of establishment
Decree No. PF-103 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 2 June 2026, “On large-scale measures for the further development of culture, art and literature”, is one of the legal foundations for the work of creative associations.
Clause 2 of the Decree approves the proposal to establish creative associations in the fields of culture, art and literature.
Annex 1 to the Decree lists the areas of the creative associations to be established, and row 14 of that list sets out the area “Opera Art”.

About us
The Creative Association of Opera Arts is a non-governmental non-profit organisation in the form of a public association that brings together opera singers, conductors, stage directors, librettists, orchestra musicians, young performers and other professionals of the field.

Raising the standing of opera artists in society and rewarding them materially and morally through awards, titles and creative grants
Finding gifted young opera singers in every region, especially remote districts, and guiding them towards the profession
Organising master classes so that honoured artists, professors and teachers can pass their skills to the younger generation
